As to any data subject of a Customer, or otherwise any individual whose information may have been collected by a Customer, where such person's Personal Data was uploaded, delivered, submitted, stored, transmitted, integrated or otherwise made available by the Customer on or to the Services (collectively, the "Other Parties"), AdPipe is acting as solely a service provider (specifically as a "processor", as such term is defined under applicable law) with respect to its provision of Services to that certain Customer. For the avoidance of doubt, AdPipe does not collect information, including Personal Data, of/related to Other Parties as a part of AdPipe's provision of Services to its Customers. Rather, AdPipe processes certain information and materials provided by a Customer at the direction of such Customer. Therefore, AdPipe has no direct relationship with any Other Party whose information AdPipe may process via its provision of Services to a Customer, and as such, the specific Customer's privacy policy shall apply and control, instead of this Privacy Policy, with respect to (i) any information or materials provided by any Other Party to a Customer, (ii) any information collected, through any means, by a Customer from any Other Party, and (iii) any information of any Other Party which is processed by AdPipe in its provision of Services to a Customer.
We may obtain information about you from third parties who help us provide our Services to you. We may also obtain information from our marketing, advertising, analytics, online data, and data enrichment partners in order to identify Website Visitors, understand potential business interest in our Services, and inform you about products or Services that we think may be of interest to you. Such information may include business contact information, company information, e-mail addresses, online profile information, and other information that such third parties make available to us or associate with your interaction with the Website. Finally, we may obtain information that does not identify you directly, but which is later used in a way that may later directly identify you. The Services are directed to individuals at the age of eighteen (18) and over. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under the age of eighteen (18).
